Navigators Chapter 399

As Navigators, we believe that the real magic of scouting happens in a place where children and adults work together to grow, thrive, and learn as a team. Where the grown ups get to share their passions, and the kids spend time exploring new horizons.
Navigators USA is an alternative scouting organization that is co-ed, secular, and inclusive. As members of Chapter 399, your family will share in our mission to create a world free from prejudice, discrimination and injustice. Along the way, children will grow as people, learners, and leaders while they pursue badges in each category of the Navigators Moral Compass: Mind, Body, Planet, and Freedom.
Although most meetings will encompass all ages, kids will break out into their specific age group for badge work. Our current age-group levels for Navigators are as follows:

Stargazer (5-7 years old)

Explorer (8-10 years old)

Pathfinder (11-14 years old)​​​
Families with younger siblings are welcome to join, as long as they are supervised closely throughout the duration of the program so as to not disrupt other Navigators. ​
